Position: MEP Draftsman – BIM Modeller (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver detailed AutoCAD drawings and Revit/BIM models.
- Convert drawings into various formats like PDF, DWG, DWF as per client needs.
- Ensure MEP design drawings comply with architectural requirements.
- Draft high-quality MEP drawings and BIM models with time efficiency.
- Prepare X-Ref for new projects and notify staff about storage links on the server.
- Create CAD drawings for municipality/authority submissions and convert them to the required formats.
- Collaborate with architects, structural teams, contracts, and supervision departments for full project coordination.
- Handle amendments required by municipality, MEP engineers, and client consultants until final approval.
- Support with site modifications and client/ID consultant amendments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in AutoCAD or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and goal-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines, with a proactive and creative mindset.
