Position Qualifications & Experience:
– Development Manager
– Bachelors in Engineering/Architecture/Project Management
– 15+ years of experience in developing strategies and planning for projects, ensuring continuous follow-up to meet project objectives.
– PMP, LEED (preferred), PMI, or RICS Membership
– Strong background in real estate and investment.
– High Communication | Personal | Team management | Customer Management skills.
– Contract Manager
– Bachelors in Engineering/Law/Contract Management
– 12+ years of experience in preparing the necessary contracts with operators and contractors.
– FIDIC, RICS, MRICS (preferred).
– Strong background in contract management.
– High Communication | Personal | Team management | Contract Management skills.
– Cost Control Engineer
– Bachelors in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
– 12+ years of experience in cost estimation and financial tracking.
– Strong background in cost estimation.
– RICS – CCP (Certified Cost Professional)
– Relevant experience in real estate projects.
– High Communication | Personal | Team management | Negotiation skills.
– Project Management Engineer (PMO)
– Bachelors in Civil Engineering/Project Management
– 10+ years of experience in managing project communications and reporting.
– PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications
– Communication | Personal | Team management | Customer Management skills.
