Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for facility and maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Leverage existing contacts with developers and firms to generate business.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in facility management or maintenance services in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, cleaning, HVAC, and general maintenance services.
• Must have an established client network with developers and other firms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license with own vehicle is preferred.
