Open Positions:
– BMS Operator/Technician
– Chiller Mechanic
– Civil Multi-Skilled Technician (Mason/Carpenter/Painter)
Qualifications:
– Relevant certification or diploma (ITI or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, etc.)
– 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance within the GCC
– Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for MEP systems
– BMS Operator/Technician: Experience with building automation systems and HVAC controls
– Chiller Mechanic: Experience in compressor overhauls and chiller maintenance
– Civil Multi-Skilled Technician: Expertise in masonry, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
– A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
– Understanding of safety regulations in facility maintenance
– Basic proficiency in English is mandatory
– Immediate joiners preferred (visit visa or canceled visa, ready to start within 5-7 days)
