Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ISP voice engineering, VoIP operations, and carrier telecommunications environments

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, SBC administration, SIP routing, QoS monitoring, and VoIP troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and SIP trace tools

  • Experience in carrier interconnection, voice platforms, and IP networking
