– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role with a Tier 1 Facilities Management service provider in the UAE
Requirements
– Strong knowledge of FM operations, MEP systems, maintenance practices, HSE, and UAE regulatory requirements
– Experience in managing large-scale facilities, service contracts, and maintenance teams
– Strong leadership, client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
– Proficiency in CAFM/facility management software and Microsoft Office
– Age below 45 years
