Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Consumer Protection, or related functions within Banking/Financial Services
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
– Strong understanding of Consumer Protection Standards and regulatory requirements
– Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
– Experience reviewing customer journeys, processes, controls, and compliance requirements
