Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Inclusion/SEND leadership within a school setting
– Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and student support strategies
– Experience in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention programs
– Familiarity with KHDA and UAE inclusion requirements is preferred
