Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
– 2–5 years of experience in insurance claims handling or insurance operations
– Knowledge of insurance products, policy wordings, and claims procedures
– Experience in motor, medical, property, or general insurance claims is an advantage
– Responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently
– Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards
– Coordinate with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, service providers, and internal teams
– Facilitate timely claim settlements and deliver excellent customer service
