HVAC Technician
Company: Inaya Facilities Management Services
Location: UAE
– ITI/Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
– HVAC certification is preferred
– 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
– End-to-end knowledge of HVAC systems
– Expertise in Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, Split & Ducted Split AC Systems, and Ventilation & Exhaust Systems
– Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and electrical schematics
– Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
– Experience in fault diagnosis and system optimization
– Familiarity with BMS and HVAC controls is an advantage
– Ability to lead a team and work independently
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Valid driving license is preferred
– Immediate joiners preferred
