Requirements

– 3–4 years of warehouse operations experience
– Experience in furniture or homeware preferred
– Warehouse operations background required
– Engineering graduate
– MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Advanced MS Excel skills

– SAS

Key Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, store replenishment, and returns
– Drive warehouse productivity and operational efficiency
– Monitor SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams
– Ensure strong internal customer and store experience
– Plan manpower requirements across warehouse operations
– Support warehouse technology implementation and adoption
– Develop and execute warehouse supply chain strategies
– Identify process improvement opportunities
– Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors on supply chain projects
– Conduct operational audits and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
