Requirements
– Minimum 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role
– Proven experience supervising housekeeping operations in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale facilities preferred
– Strong team management and operational oversight skills
– Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping compliance
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field
– Knowledge of HSE standards and industrial safety regulations
– Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards
– Monitor housekeeping schedules, manpower deployment, and staff performance
– Maintain housekeeping compliance in line with HSE and industrial safety standards
