Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
– 18–20 years of experience in major building construction projects
– Minimum 12 years with Tier-1 main contractors
– Proven experience delivering high-value residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, or mixed-use projects
– Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is mandatory
– Strong leadership, project coordination, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
– Knowledge of Primavera P6, QCS, QatarEnergy requirements, and document management platforms (Aconex, ACC, Procore, or similar) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the day-to-day execution of large-scale building construction projects
– Coordinate Engineering, Construction, MEP, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Logistics, and Contracts teams
– Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and schedules, implementing recovery plans where required
– Manage client, consultant, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships
– Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications
– Support commercial and contractual matters, including variations, claims, and project reporting
