Job Position:
1 – B2C Facility Services Manager
Requirements:
– Immediate joiners only
– Minimum 5 years of B2C business experience across the UAE, specifically in the Dubai market, or 5–10 years of B2C experience in a Facilities Management company in Dubai/UAE
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute the B2C growth strategy across the UAE
– Identify and secure new residential communities, property management companies, developers, and retail customer opportunities
– Establish partnerships with homeowners’ associations, FM/private operators, property managers, and community management companies
– Drive membership package sales, annual maintenance contracts, and upselling of additional services
– Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to improve customer acquisition and retention
– Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to expand the service portfolio
– Support regional expansion into new communities and emirates across the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi
