Requirements

– 15+ years’ electrical building services consultancy experience.
– Proven leadership delivering projects from concept to IFC.
– Experience managing geographically dispersed design teams.
– Strong commercial awareness with involvement in bids, proposals, and resource planning.
– Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards Chartership preferred.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Additional Details

– Salary: AED 35-40K AED PM + Benefits.
– Responsible for managing multidisciplinary electrical design teams across Dubai and India.
– Delivering projects from concept through to IFC.
– Regular travel between regional offices will be required.
