Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– 10–12 years of experience in building contracting and construction
– Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited Civil Engineer License
– Valid UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership/certificate
– Valid UAE Driving License
– Strong expertise in building construction projects, construction methods, and technical drawings
– Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
