Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
– Valid DHA license/eligibility.
– Minimum 5 years of NICU experience, with strong exposure to critical neonatal care.
– Previous experience in a clinical resource, preceptor, educator, or senior nursing role is preferred.
– Strong clinical knowledge, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
– Current BLS and NRP certification; additional neonatal certifications are an advantage.
