– Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in the Facilities Maintenance Industry.
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
– Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
– Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage maintenance schedules and contractors.
– Coordinate with clients for technical issues.
– Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
– Prepare reports, quotes, and technical documentation.
