Job Position:
1 – Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
– Lead food production, menu planning and recipe standardization
– Manage quality assurance, food cost control and kitchen operations
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and contractual requirements
– Drive menu innovation and consistency across every site
– Mentor kitchen teams and develop culinary talent
– Coordinate closely with Operations, Procurement, QHSE and Stores
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or Food Production
– 8+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 3+ years as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
– Background in large-scale industrial catering, remote camps, oil & gas, military, healthcare or institutional catering
– Proven high-volume production experience of 5,000+ meals per day
– Experience in menu engineering, food cost management and multinational cuisine
– HACCP / Food Safety certifications are an added advantage
