Al Rawabi Dairy Co., a leading dairy and juice company in the UAE, is expanding its Sales & Marketing team and hiring for the following positions

1. Salesman
2. Helper
3. Merchandiser

Salesman Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the sales van, ensuring timely deliveries along your route.
• Adhere to cold chain protocols and FIFO to maintain product quality.
• Ensure product freshness and rotation while minimizing wastage.
• Enhance product visibility and optimize shelf space in the market.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and trade staff.

Helper Responsibilities:

• Deliver Al Rawabi products as per the invoice, following the salesperson’s instructions.
• Achieve distribution targets and increase product availability.

Merchandiser Responsibilities:

• Safely display and stock Fresh, Juice, Bakery, and Long Life products.
• Implement Al Rawabi’s planogram for maximum product visibility.
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness (FIFO).
• Support in-store promotions and provide consumer feedback.

Requirements:

• Salesman: Must have a valid UAE driving license. Age below 35 y.o.
• Helper: Age below 30 y.o.
• Merchandiser: Must own a vehicle (car/bike). Age below 35 y.o.
