Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or Facilities Management
– 8–12 years of Facilities Management experience
– Minimum 3–5 years in an AFM or FM role managing large communities or mixed-use assets
– Experience managing large teams (80–120 staff)
– UAE experience in residential or master community developments preferred
– Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CFM, FMP, PMP, or ISO awareness are an advantage
