Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and cooperate with the underwriting manager to achieve department goals
– Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure accurate required data is available
– Ensure departmental activities run within the TAT
– Ensure released offerings comply with regulator guidelines
– Run required reports as requested
– Provide feedback on day-to-day department activities to the Underwriting Manager
– Participate in departmental projects
– Monitor and control activities
Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data handling
– Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
– Insurance certification will be an added advantage
– Excellent communication skills
