ATELIER HOUSE HOSPITALITY: Current Job Openings in Dubai
- Grill Chef de Partie (CDP) – Manage the grill section, maintain food quality, supervise commis chefs, ensure hygiene, and portion control.
- Grill Commis – Assist in grill prep and service, support CDP, maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Maître D’ – Oversee front-of-house operations, manage reservations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead the FOH team.
- FOH Supervisor – Supervise daily front-of-house operations, manage shifts, train staff, monitor performance, and ensure smooth guest service.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the applied role (hospitality/restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (for kitchen roles)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (for FOH roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality service environment
- Team-oriented, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
