1- Project Manager (Luxury High-Rise Residential Buildings)
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee end-to-end project execution for a high-rise residential tower
– Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
– Lead consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery
– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
– Drive progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing high-rise residential or large-scale vertical construction projects
– Experience required: 15–20 years, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role
– Strong leadership and coordination skills
– Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls
– Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
– Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Location: Dubai
Availability: Immediate or as per notice period
