We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Facility Management (Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-time | Immediate Start Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential & mixed-use developments
• Build strong client relationships focused on long-term partnerships
• Develop & execute strategic sales plans aligned with growth targets
• Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery & client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity & tender opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in FM business development in the UAE
• Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts
• Strong knowledge of FM delivery models, cost structures & value propositions
• Understanding of CAFM systems & tech-led FM innovations
• Strategic mindset with hands-on market approach
• Strong network within Dubai’s real estate/property ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or related field (FM certifications a plus)
• UAE driving license & own car preferred
