Job Position: Business Head / Team Manager – SME Banking

Qualifications:
– 5–10+ years of experience in SME, Commercial, or Corporate Banking
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
– Strong knowledge of SME banking products: business accounts, loans, bill discounting, bank guarantees, and subsidized schemes
– Experience in credit proposals, credit analysis, and risk assessment
– Proven team leadership and people management skills
– Ability to drive SME client acquisition and portfolio growth
