Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university
– Minimum 5 years of total experience
– At least 2 years of experience working with a reputed construction company in the UAE
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in quantity take-off from drawings
– Experience reviewing and checking contract documents
– Experience appointing and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
– Ability to work independently and manage project-related tasks efficiently
– Immediate joiners will be given preference
– Strong analytical and technical skills
– Attention to detail
– Good communication and coordination abilities
– Proficiency in relevant engineering and quantity surveying tools or software
