Requirements
– Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from a recognized institution
– Board Certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics with PEM fellowship, or Emergency Medicine with pediatric specialization
– Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience including consultant-level practice
– Eligibility for Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH/HAAD) Consultant licensure
– Strong clinical expertise in pediatric resuscitation, trauma, and acute care
– Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
– Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
