Requirements

– Proven experience managing medium-to-large luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects
– Strong expertise in design delivery from concept to technical design
– Experience coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
– Knowledge of space planning, concept design, mood boards, material and FFE selection, 3D visualisation, and technical documentation
– Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the design process from concept through technical design
– Manage and coordinate the design team, consultants, and contractors
– Oversee space planning, concept development, material selection, and technical documentation
– Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements
– Serve as the primary design contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
