– DHA License or Eligibility is mandatory
– 5+ years of experience in an Emergency Department, including at least 2 years in a senior role within the UAE or GCC
– Strong leadership and crisis management abilities
– Familiarity with JCI standards and evidence-based practices
– ATCN or equivalent certification required
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
