– 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
– Strong knowledge of KSA construction laws, regulations, and municipal requirements.
– PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
