Executive – Facilities Engineer

Position Objective
Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all facility systems and assets, supporting a safe, cost-effective, and productive working environment.
Requirements
– Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical)
– 2–5 years of GCC/UAE experience (for B.Tech/B.E)
– Facilities Management background
– Knowledge of TFM, comprehensive & non-comprehensive contracts
– Basic knowledge of CAFM/FSI GO
– Intermediate knowledge of Facilities Management
– Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronic controls, and pneumatics
– Ability to troubleshoot equipment and read blueprints & schematics
– Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
– Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FA/FF, Elevators, BMS, UPS, and other critical systems
– Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
– Ensure HSE and statutory compliance
– Supervise contractors and monitor SLA/KPI performance
– Plan and execute facility improvement projects
– Maintain facility asset records and lifecycle planning
– Prepare maintenance reports, BOQs, technical evaluations, and KPI reports
