Requirements
– Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience as an Executive Secretary with GCC-based conglomerates
– Directly reporting to Senior Leadership team
– Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Secretariat, or related field
– Strong organizational, multitasking & prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
– Professional, proactive & reliable with discretion and confidentiality
– Excellent English communication (Arabic preferred)
– Proficient in MS Office Tools, ERP platforms & other IT applications
– Preference for immediate joiners
