Job Responsibilities and Requirements
– Oversee and manage daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
– Supervise technical staff and ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems
– Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for site activities
– Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, and project documentation
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
– Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
