Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry
– Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
– Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Manage maintenance schedules and contractors
– Coordinate with clients on technical issues
– Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards
– Prepare reports, quotations, and technical documentation
