Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
– 2–4 years of facilities management experience.
– Strong knowledge of building services and MEP systems.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication and organizational skills.
– UAE/GCC experience preferred.
– Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Additional Details
– Employment Type: Full-Time.
– Oversee the operation and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
– Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
– Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
– Conduct facility inspections and troubleshoot technical issues.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
– Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
