Position: Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities
– Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
– Supervise contractors and ensure efficient service delivery.
– Coordinate with clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
– Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
– Prepare technical reports, quotations, and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
– Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Maintenance.
– Experience with CAFM systems; a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
– Excellent English proficiency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
– Immediate joiners preferred.
