Facilities Manager Jobs in UAE | Al Bonian FM Vacancies 2025
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team.
Requirements
– Proven capability in managing and delivering FM Services at the highest level, working calmly under pressure and ensuring client satisfaction
– Building Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) function correctly
– Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and manage emergency preparedness plans
– Vendor & Contractor Management: Procure, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services
– Budgeting & Financial Management: Forecast expenses, manage facility budgets, and track costs to ensure efficient resource utilization, achieving KPI benchmarks, and maintaining P&L
– Space Management: Plan and optimize the use of space, coordinate office moves, and make recommendations for new locations or reorganizations
– Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for long-term facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency
– Workplace Support: Create a functional, safe, and welcoming environment that supports employee productivity and satisfaction
– Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies within the facilities
– Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, particularly Hard Services
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in the UAE
– UAE Driving License required
– Immediate Joiner preferred
