Job Position: Finance Manager

– Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Mandatory)
– CPA / CMA / ACCA / CA qualification (Preferred)
– Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
– Proven experience in the real estate / property management sector (Mandatory)
– Strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT, and regulatory requirements
– Proficient in ERP and accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
