Fleet Executive – Supply Chain

Requirements
– 4–5 years of UAE fleet operations experience
– Experience in Distribution, Logistics, or FMCG industries
– Strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations and fleet documentation
– Experience in fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs
– Knowledge of GPS fleet monitoring systems
– Experience in fleet cost control, accident management, and insurance coordination
– Strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day fleet operations to maximize vehicle availability and operational efficiency
– Oversee vehicle maintenance, preventive care, and repair schedules
– Ensure compliance with UAE RTA regulations and company policies
– Monitor fleet costs and optimize operational expenses
– Manage GPS tracking and fleet technology systems
– Coordinate drivers and resource planning
– Handle accident reporting and insurance claims
– Prepare MIS reports and analyze fleet performance
– Coordinate with transport teams, garages, vendors, insurers, and government authorities
