Job Position: Functional Analyst & System Administrator

Experienced professional needed to support EV infrastructure and Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS).

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
– 8+ years of experience in EV/CPMS implementation and operations
– Hands-on experience with EV charging infrastructure & CPMS platforms
– Knowledge of OCPP /OCPI, REST APIs, JSON/ XML
– Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL)
– Programming/scripting exposure (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Perl, Ruby – preferred)
– Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
– Gather and document functional & technical requirements for EV/CPMS solutions
– Translate business needs into technical specifications
– Configure, integrate, and support CPMS with enterprise systems
– Support UAT, issue tracking, and resolution
– Monitor system performance, uptime, and reporting metrics
– Manage CPMS operations, security, users, roles, and permissions
– Monitor real-time charging station status and troubleshoot issues
– Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for upgrades and incidents
– Support EV users on charging sessions, billing, and account queries
– Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
– Stay updated with EV protocols (OCPP, OCPI) and industry trends
