Job Position: HVAC Engineer Maintenance

Requirements:
– Engineering degree in Mechanical
– 8+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience in FM or O&G background
– UAE Driving License preferred

Main Responsibilities:
– HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting, fault rectification experience, especially in Chiller, Cold Storage, VRV/VRF, HVAC LV Electrical Control in Facility Maintenance
– Create standard operating procedures for site maintenance and repairs, including planned PPM & CM
– Supervise HVAC Supervisors and Technicians on routine maintenance activities
– Maintain records of site maintenance and repairs, malfunctions, equipment, and procurement activities on a weekly basis
– Train staff on equipment use and potential hazards to help ensure safety
