Social Worker – Student Activities & Volunteering
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
– Design, coordinate, and implement volunteer programs within and outside the school
– Plan and organize student activities, educational trips, community initiatives, and competitions
– Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations for student volunteering opportunities
– Develop students’ leadership, teamwork, communication, and social responsibility skills
– Coordinate, monitor, and maintain accurate records of student volunteer hours and activities
– Prepare reports and documentation related to volunteering and student engagement programs
– Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field
– Previous experience in a school environment, particularly in student activities and community engagement
– Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
– Ability to work professionally and effectively with students and parents
– Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong leadership and motivational abilities
