Group Head of Financial Control & Regulatory Affairs Jobs in UAE – Senior Finance Leadership

Job Position: Group Head of Financial Control and Regulatory Affairs

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory
– Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in the financial services industry
– Proven experience managing regulatory reporting, financial control, and regulatory audits
– In-depth knowledge of IFRS and accounting treatment for financial products
– Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks including CBUAE, FTA, and Companies Law
– Knowledge of SCA, ADGM, and DIFC is an advantage
– Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
– High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and governance standards
