Requirements
– Prior British curriculum experience is mandatory
– Leadership experience as a previous Head of Department or second in department preferred
– Candidates with prior leadership experience may also be considered for additional academic or pastoral responsibilities
– Expected to have Level 1 Safeguarding Training
– Subject to background checks as part of safer recruitment practices
Role Overview
– Lead the Physical Education department
– Support student wellbeing, character building, and academic excellence
– Contribute to wider school leadership responsibilities where applicable
