Job Position: HR Assistant
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel is essential
Duties:
• Multitasking and coordinating with different departments and agencies
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, Excel sheets, and HR reports
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback notifications
• Process candidate applications and ensure all necessary documents are collected
• Maintain and organize employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
