Job Position: HR Officer
Location: Dubai & Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for academic and administrative staff, including job postings, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws and educational regulations (MOE, KHDA, etc.).
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and staff benefits, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Support employee relations by addressing grievances and handling disciplinary matters.
- Handle visa processing, labor cards, and legal requirements for expatriate staff.
