– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within Oman or the GCC.
– NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, and ISO certifications are required.
– Strong knowledge of Omani labor law, HSE regulations, and industry standards (oil & gas or construction).
– Excellent leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
