Job Position: IT Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting to: IT Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
– Manage IT infrastructure setup for new branches including workstations, CCTV, and network devices.
– Administer and configure routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and backups.
– Ensure IT security and compliance through policy enforcement and system monitoring.
– Maintain accurate IT asset tracking, documentation, and lifecycle management.
– Train users on IT best practices and ensure smooth IT operations at all sites.
Requirements:
– Hands-on role with hardware/software/network support
– Experience with system administration, server & backup management
– Opportunity to manage branch IT setups and travel regularly
– Focus on IT security, firewall configuration & compliance
– Strong documentation, reporting, and communication required
– Collaborate with a supportive IT team and report to senior IT staff
