- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security tools.
- Proficiency with various operating systems.
- Understanding of threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with encryption, authentication, and other security protocols.
- Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, COBIT, or CIS Controls.
- Knowledge of ethical hacking techniques and penetration testing is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
